• Provide episodic care and injury treatment in an urgent care setting
• Treat diverse patient demographics including adolescents, children, adults, and geriatric patients
• Work autonomously with supervising physician available via phone
• Utilize Anthem EMR system for documentation
• Must be able to commit to minimum of 36 hours (3x12s) per week with rotating weekends
• Must be local to the area
• Ongoing coverage needed
• Must maintain required certifications: BLS, Board Certification (ANCC or AANP), and active DEA
