• Practice in an urgent care setting that also offers occupational health services
• Work autonomously with physician support available via phone
• Utilize Anthem EMR documentation system
• Provide episodic care and injury treatment
• Serve diverse patient populations including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Must be local to the area
• Required to work minimum of 36 hours (3x12s) per week with rotating weekends
• Must maintain active certifications including BLS, Board Certification, and DEA
