We are seeking an experienced Remote Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical oversight and consultation for our growing telepsychiatry practice on a flexible, as-needed basis. This fully remote position offers premium compensation and professional autonomy, ideal for an established PMHNP seeking to leverage their expertise beyond their primary role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical consultation to PRN practitioners on an as-needed basis
• Assist in developing evidence-based clinical protocols and documentation standards
• Support quality assurance through periodic case review
• Optional opportunity to provide direct patient care when desired

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Current Virginia PMHNP licensure and prescriptive authority
• Active DEA registration
• 5+ years of psychiatric practice experience
• Strong background in clinical leadership, supervision, or education
• Eastern Virginia location preferred but not required
• Currently employed with interest in professional expansion
